It would would be nice to have different Automatic Questionnaire Requests or the ability to add questionairres to automatic emails (esp the autoresponder).
My text for an initial questionnaire is very different than resending a wedding worksheet or a questionnaire about album types.
It is frustrating to send a generic email for all the different questionnaires.

This would be great! Some of my clients have been confused about getting the same email 3 times even though it is 3 different questionnaires.

I have a few different questionnaires that I will send out during the course of my relationship with the client:
-Inquiry Questionaire
-Engagement Session Details
-Wedding Timeline
It would make sense to be able to create Multiple Default Questionnaire Emails.
I would love to see ShootQ create this asap!

Agree! I don't want a default email going out for various situations. I would like the option to personalize

Is there any thing in the works to be able to select an e-mail for the automatic questionnaire? Even a variable I could put into the emails. Then when I choose the workflow i dont have to worry about going back and sending out the questionnaires
is this something that is in the works? I appreciate that there is a "work around" but that is not automated, which is kind of the beauty of shootq. if we could just have the ability to customize the email template for the questionnaires within the questionaires, that would really allow for less work, less things to remember, etc. it would just "happen"
I know it's been a long time, but I'm brainstorming ways we can manage this. Everything we've thought of so far has been very messy from an user interface perspective. The best way I can think of right now is to have a drop-down menu to choose from existing email templates on the questionnaire settings page. There's a lot of explanation that would need to accompany that drop-down menu though.

Add a plus one for me on this feature. We send out a 'get to know you' questionnaire early in the process, and a vendor questionnaire closer to the wedding. There's no reason that this shouldn't be automated, but right now it sends identical emails, and i'm afraid my clients will think that they are the same email and ignore the second one.
Another way to handle this might be to add a questionnaire variable to the form email creation, so that we can schedule and email that has a link to the questionnaire in it.
