How do I add, delete, customize the questions my ShootQ-generated contact form?

The fields on the ShootQ-generated contact form are not customizable or editable. If you would like to have a customized contact form, we've made it easy to do this by utilizing our Contact Form Email Integration Method or our secure Contact Form API Integration.

Will the contact form fields ever be customizable? This would be a HUGE help as there are other fields I would love to be able to gather if possible.
