You can change your studio email address in your Brand settings. The studio email address is where most ShootQ correspondence is sent, like notification of bookings, payments received, questionnaire responses, new leads notices, etc.

You can change your user email address in your Personnel settings.

I need to change an Employee's email address and this doesn't seem to work anymore!
I need to change an employee's email address also, and this is still not working, as Michelle says! Please help!
Actually, I just found out how to change it!
Have the employee log into their account. Use that "Brands" link that Mark provided above. Ignore the "Update Contact Info" link for the brand. Instead, look at the top right of the screen on the Atrium page. The header will say "Welcome back, (employee)". Next to that, select the "My Profile" link. There, they can update their email address. Go back to the Personnel page on your Settings section, and viola!
When I try this (for personnel), it says that said personnel does not have access to 'brands.' Even when I go back and make that personnel a studio manager.... it will not allow them to get to the brands link. Any suggestions to change the email address of a personnel?
