How do I make changes to a Proposal that I've already sent to a lead?

You can easily revise a pending proposal that you've sent to the lead. To do this, go to:

Shoots > Pending > Open Proposals

Find the shoot whose proposal you want to modify and click on it. Then go to the section:

Correspondence > Proposals

You can then click on the Revise link or you can click on the pencil icon to edit the proposal.

A pop-up dialog will ask you if you want to Cancel the Proposal and Revise it. You want to click Yes. All the previous details you had originally input will be preserved, but it will just take you through the proposal creation steps and allow you to modify any parts that you wanted to change.

This is extremely awkward when you need to make a minor change after its sent but prior to the client seeing it.  Why not allow me to change the proposal up until the client signs it, or at least until the client views it.

I sent out three versions of a proposal last night because I wasn't aware of this issue.  This "feature" did not do me any favors.

I second Luis' comment. If the CLient has not yet viewed the proposal it would be nice to be able to make minor adjustments with out the client having to receive notices of change.   They are usually in limbo and an annoying extra email/changes could be bothersome to them.

I third this opinion.  Please make this possible!

Like so many things, the what should be simple is made quite complicated.
